Education/Certifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field
Years of Experience required in type of role: 10+ years in software development and experience with scaling software products, with 4+ years in technical leadership roles focused on front-end development
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Deep expertise with popular tools/frameworks and libraries such as React.js, WebGL, GSAP, Framer, Stro, etc., along with knowledge of their ecosystem and best practices, is required.
Expertise in micro-frontend architecture and its practical application in large-scale systems.
Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
Initial base salary range = $180,000.00 - $230,000.00
Initial California base salary range = $220,000.00 - $253,000.00

Architect, design, and develop scalable and performant front-end applications for web and mobile platforms.
Define and drive implementation of best practices in front-end development, including accessibility, security, testing, performance, and maintainability.
Lead and mentor engineers across multiple squads, fostering growth and raising the technical bar for front-end engineering.
Work with Design and Product teams to deliver seamless and delightful user experiences while balancing technical feasibility and scalability.
