Responsibilities

Own and drive the Social Media and Content Strategy across the United States, Canada, and Latin America, ensuring strong brand positioning and consistency while translating global narratives into relevant regional storytelling.

Drive the creation and delivery of global employer branding content for both Flipp and Shopfully, developing assets that strengthen our positioning as a global, integrated company across all markets.

Define and execute content plans across all owned channels — including LinkedIn (primary), Instagram, newsletters, and corporate websites — ensuring alignment between regional initiatives and global priorities.

Create and optimize high-impact content (LinkedIn and Instagram posts, videos, ebooks, case studies), working closely with content specialists, designers, and videomakers from concept to publishing and performance analysis.

Shape and amplify executive presence on LinkedIn, elevating leadership visibility, and drive employee advocacy programs, to extend the reach of our content.

Contribute to internal communication initiatives at a global level, managing internal newsletters and the company intranet to deliver clear, consistent messaging.
