College or university degree in a related field.

Experience in the aviation or aeronautical industry, particularly in flight operations.

Experience as an internal auditor (asset).

Experience with IOSA audits (asset).

Pilot licence (asset).

Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as diplomacy, tact, and impartiality.

Responsibilities

In collaboration with the Manager, Audit Programs, the Quality Assurance Auditor contributes to the monitoring of quality and safety by conducting audits related to the Safety Management System (SMS).

Responsibilities

Conduct audits within assigned operational areas according to the audit plans established by the Manager, Audit Programs.

Verify compliance with safety and quality assurance standards, regulatory requirements, and IOSA recommended practices (ISARPs).

Develop or revise audit checklists.

Identify non-conformities during inspections and recommend corrective actions.
