The hourly pay range shown represents the base pay range for this position. Individual pay is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations. In addition to base pay, eligible team members may earn additional compensation through shift, weekend, holiday, on-call, and other applicable differentials. Glenridge is seeking a compassionate Charge Nurse to provide exceptional, person-centered care for residents living with dementia.

As the clinical leader for your assigned shift, you'll provide direct patient care while supporting and mentoring nursing staff to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Determines staffing level and assignments based on staff availability, staff abilities, census, and patient acuity.

Provides direct patient care.

Provides direct patient care using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization.

Evaluates the effectiveness of patient care and identifies any issues that affect desired patient outcomes.
