DoorDash is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Emerging Fraud engineering team.  This team focuses on assessing fraud risks for new business lines, implementing crucial fraud controls, and developing customized fraud solutions for consumers, merchants, and dashers that align seamlessly with the existing DoorDash experience.

As an Engineering Manager, you will partner closely with product, design, and operations partners to define the roadmap to build anti-fraud mechanisms with minimal friction.

You will manage a team of talented backend engineers to build advanced detection and fraud prevention solutions and solve challenging technical problems.

Lead and grow a team of exceptional backend engineers delivering user-friendly engineering solutions

Collaborate with Product Managers, Business leaders, and key stakeholders to determine the team's roadmap and vision, and manage execution against that roadmap

Provide architectural guidance and professional development for a team of 5+
