You’ll help lead our front-end team in delivering a smooth, friendly, and efficient checkout experience that reflects Farm Boy’s commitment to the best fresh shopping experience. Through hands-on leadership, coaching, and strong operational support, you’ll ensure our team is always ready to serve with confidence and care. Here are some of the other ways you’ll help us stand out:

Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service that reflects Farm Boy’s commitment to the best fresh shopping experience.

Greet, engage, process, and bag customer purchases, collecting accurate tenders using Farm Boy Customer Service Standards.

Supervise the front-end team and provide floor support by delegating tasks, coordinating meal breaks, completing 2x2’s, and ensuring daily readiness for business.

Support a culture of trust and inclusion by providing hands-on training and coaching focused on floor operations, service standards, and service excellence.
