Guaranteed Base Salary + Productivity

Total annual compensation range:

$150,000–$200,000+

, based on experience, caseload, and availability.

A balanced model that provides income stability while rewarding productivity and clinical impact.

Conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for geriatric patients in home and facility-based settings.

Diagnosing and managing mood disorders, anxiety disorders, dementia-related behavioral symptoms, and other psychiatric conditions.

Prescribing and managing psychotropic medications with careful consideration of comorbidities and geriatric physiology.

Providing crisis intervention, behavioral guidance, and family education when clinically indicated.

Collaborating with primary care providers, therapists, and facility care teams to ensure coordinated, whole-person care.

Building trusted relationships with patients, caregivers, families, and community partners.
