Responsibilities
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be a trusted payroll partner, supporting employees and leaders across the organization through exceptional service, accurate reporting, and payroll expertise.
Payroll Administration & Processing
Administer and process union and non-union weekly payroll for employees and contractors, ensuring accurate and timely payments, deductions, direct deposits, and payroll adjustments.
Review payroll data for accuracy and completeness, resolving discrepancies before payroll processing deadlines.
Compliance & Record Management
Maintain payroll records and employee files in compliance with legislative requirements, audit standards, and confidentiality protocols.
