Equipment Operator II

Operator level 3 on all pre-sorting equipment and understanding of Oracle WMS System.

Global Quality knowledge and support.

Team organization (5S)/Cleanliness/SOPs/LOTO

Must be able to operates a computer for long periods of time and other productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer/label printer.

Must be able to position self to maintain equipment in production environment, including under and above the equipment.

Maximizing machine efficiency and minimizing machine downtime.

Supporting production standard work processes (department area boards updates/discussions, standard work, planning/scheduling/follow up on assignments).

Administrative responsibilities for area (paperwork, team dialog with other Production operators and Production Leads).

Utilizing the fruit you have to work with to the max without damaging the integrity of our label (good quality).

Make each piece of fruit count.

Uses computer programs to reflect inventory and print variety of labels.
