Responsibilities
Technical Leadership:
Lead a team of DevOps and Infrastructure Engineers in designing and implementing high-performance CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, Gradle, KMP, and Develocity.
Strategic Oversight:
Define the roadmap for automating build processes, caching optimizations, and security scanning to ensure software deployment remains smooth and efficient.
Mentorship & Growth:
Actively coach engineers in troubleshooting complex build failures and developing an "automation-first" mindset.
