Demonstrated expertise across both technical and functional domains of Oracle EPM, including EDMCS, EPBCS, FCCS, PCMCS, ARCS, Freeform.

Proficient with Oracle EPM data architecture, integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud), Oracle EPM Automate, and Oracle EPM data workflow.

Proven leadership experience leading cross-functional teams, delivering complex EPM implementations, and supporting enterprise-scale environments.

The University of Chicago is seeking a highly experienced Oracle EPM Lead with a strong technical background and expertise in UCPLAN to join its ITS Oracle Solutions Team.

This is a senior role that will serve as the primary technical resource for supporting and enhancing Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions across the organization.

This role involves troubleshooting and resolving complex technical and functional issues, ensuring seamless operation and integration of EPM modules, and providing expert guidance to stakeholders across the organization.

The EPM Lead collaborates with business users, IT teams, and external partners to translate requirements into effective system solutions, drive upgrades and enhancements, and optimize processes related to planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation.

The Lead also develops comprehensive documentation, delivers user training, and proactively identifies opportunities for continuous improvement, ensuring Oracle Cloud EPM solutions align with organizational goals and best practices.
