You’ll join a collaborative group within Airbnb’s Chief Business Officer organization focused on expanding our Monthly Stays offering.

We recruit and develop Airbnb’s global supply of high-quality stays and execute our in-market strategy to drive international growth.

By building strong relationships with hosts and helping them optimize their listings and pricing, our team creates lasting host success and facilitates millions of connections between guests and hosts around the world.

As a Senior Programs and Business Operations Lead, you will work with the Homes Leadership to develop and execute strategies to grow the success of Airbnb globally.
