Requirements

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and mechanical drawings

Minimum 4 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

Minimum 2 years of supervisory or lead experience managing maintenance technicians

Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems in an automated manufacturing environment

Experience with CMMS platforms for work order management, PM scheduling, and parts tracking

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and mechanical drawings

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day maintenance operations including preventive maintenance execution, breakdown response, and equipment improvement projects

Partner with the Production Supervisor to coordinate maintenance activities, communicate equipment status, and manage escalations during downtime events

Efficiently allocate personnel and equipment to meet operational objectives

Effectively manage conflicts within the team using fair and diplomatic approaches

Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of Maintenance Technicians who execute preventive maintenance, reactive repairs, and equipment improvement projects across our mechanical separation facility. Serving as the on-site maintenance leader, you will be expected to own crew performance, safety accountability, and the reliability of plant equipment while working closely with production, engineering, and EHS teams. You will be working in a startup culture.
