Learning Experience Specialist

5–7+ years in technical curriculum development, technical training delivery, or deeply technical enablement roles.

Familiarity with data governance, access control models, policy-as-code, or DLP/classification frameworks.

Exposure to DevOps tooling, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Azure ARM), containers (Docker/Kubernetes), or modern deployment workflows.

Familiarity with programming or experience reading code snippets (e.g., Go, Java, JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, Bash) to support SDK-related training content.

Experience collaborating with engineering, product, and support teams.

Virtru's Technical Training team is scaling to meet the demands of our growing Data Security Platform (DSP) ecosystem — spanning customers, partners, and internal Virtruvians.

, you'll join as the content production engine of the team — focusing 60% on on-demand content creation and multimedia learning (video production, self-paced modules, content repurposing) and 40% on LMS operations and program coordination (administration, logistics, learner support).

Working closely with the Director of Training and the Technical Curriculum Developer, you will transform complex technical concepts into engaging, scalable video-based learning experiences that accelerate customer and partner enablement as well as global reach.

Your multimedia production expertise, operational execution (LMS administration, logistics coordination, learner support), curriculum development and facilitation of training sessions ensures production velocity never compromises learner quality or technical accuracy.
