Responsibilities
The HR Coordinator will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team with a primary focus on onboarding, training coordination, and day‑to‑day HR activities.
Prepare onboarding materials and ensure new hires complete required documentation
Maintain training records and update training databases
Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including report generation, scheduling, and data entry
Support employee inquiries by directing employees to appropriate resources or HR team members
