Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional training or coursework in logistics, supply chain, or business administration is preferred.
Experience
Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution center environment preferred
Experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, or transportation coordination
Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) or shipping platforms
Compensation & Benefits

$21/hr
Accrue up to five days PTO in first year. Two-weeks vacation, plus one week PTO accrue on first anniversary.

Responsibilities
This position supports the daily operations of the Customer Shipping department and requires flexibility to meet operational demands. Work schedules may vary depending on shipping volume and business needs. The role may require working in a fast-paced environment to ensure customer orders are processed and shipped on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Shipping Administration
– Support day-to-day administrative functions within the Customer Shipping department to ensure orders are processed, documented, and shipped accurately and on schedule.
Documentation & System Updates
– Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, reports, and system updates related to outgoing customer orders while ensuring accurate data entry in shipping and inventory systems.
