Maintenance Supervisor - Night Shift

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in maintenance supervisor or management in a manufacturing environment; extrusion and anodizing experience is strongly preferred.

Strong diagnostic capabilities with the ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, identify improvement opportunities, and successfully implement change.

Hands‑on industrial experience maintaining and repairing production equipment, including the installation, testing, and repair of electrical motors and hydraulic/pneumatic control systems.

Proficiency with industrial electrical and electronic control systems; familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) methodologies is highly desirable.

Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, as needed.
