The compensation range for this role is a $190,000-$230,000 base depending on level of experience, as well as bonus eligibility.

Starface is seeking a Controller to lead and strengthen our accounting function as we enter our next stage of growth.

In this role, you’ll report directly to our SVP, Head of Finance, oversee the accounting team, and own the function across close, reporting, audits, controls, systems, external partnerships, and team development.

Your mandate will be to bring critical workstreams current, create more reliable and scalable processes, and build a clear roadmap for the accounting organization Starface needs as we continue to grow.

The right person for this role is an experienced, hands-on accounting leader who has successfully stepped into complex or evolving environments, created order from ambiguity, and led teams through periods of growth or transformation.
