Schwickert’s Tecta America is seeking a motivated an professional Commercial HVAC-R Service Lead to launch and grow our HVAC Service presence in the Lawrence, KS area. This role requires a strong desire for career growth and leadership responsibility while understanding the importance of starting with the work, earning trust with customers, delivering high quality results, and building relationships from the ground up.

Perform commercial HVAC-R service, maintenance, and repairs independently.

Sell and manage Planned Service Agreements with commercial customers.
