Responsibilities
We’re hiring an Office & Workplace Associate to support the day-to-day operations, experience, and functionality of our NYC office. As a cultural heartbeat of the office, this is a highly visible, service-driven role responsible for ensuring our spaces are welcoming, organized, and reflective of the Peregrine brand.
While the direct responsibilities of the role are coordinating office operations, vendor relationships, and onsite logistics - the real value and success in the role is in creating a white-glove experience for employees, candidates, customers, and executive leadership.
The right candidate brings an engaging and energetic first-point-of-contact to the office, is proactive, ruthlessly organized, detail-oriented, and excited about creating environments where people feel cared for and enjoy working together in person. This person enjoys bringing structure to moving parts, anticipating needs with cross-functional stakeholders, and helping deliver a polished, high-quality office experience.
