As a Global Business Development Representative with a focus on channel, you will play a crucial role in driving growth through our partner ecosystem.
You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with channel partners, and collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to enhance our channel practice.
Your primary goal will be to support our partners in identifying new business opportunities and co-selling our products and services effectively, ultimately leading to increased revenue and market penetration
2+ years of sales and business development experience
Good working knowledge of the Telecom industry Go-to-Market direct to Wholesale resellers and Enterprise
A good understanding of technology-driven customer experience outcomes
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to increase partner engagement and sales performance.
Conduct research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the channel.
Provide ongoing training and support to channel partners to optimise their sales efforts.
Monitor and report on partner performance metrics to ensure alignment with company goals.
Work closely with our channel partners to drive the sourcing of leads within a set of assigned customer targets.
Provide support and assistance to the Account Director to navigate the internal processes for negotiating contracts, leveraging legal resources, and working with the pricing team to achieve revenue targets
