Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of successful capital healthcare sales experience.

Experience selling capital equipment, healthcare storage, healthcare furniture, clinical workspace solutions, or other capital products into hospitals or health systems.

Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Ability to manage complex, long sales-cycle capital projects from specification through installation.

Existing relationships with hospital systems, architects, equipment planners, or distribution partners within Southern California.

Experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms.

We are seeking a high-performing Territory Sales Manager to drive growth within an established Southern California territory.

This consultative capital sales role partners with hospitals, health systems, architects, equipment planners, contractors, and distribution partners to deliver customized storage solutions for new construction, renovation, and equipment replacement projects.

Our solutions are utilized throughout acute care facilities, including operating rooms, catheterization labs, endoscopy, sterile processing, imaging, pharmacy, emergency departments, and other critical clinical environments.
