Executive Legal Counsel - Contracts

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

12+ years of legal experience, with substantial focus on commercial and infrastructure contracts

Significant experience in energy, power infrastructure, or digital infrastructure sectors

Demonstrated experience negotiating large-scale project and energy agreements

Prior in-house counsel experience in energy, infrastructure, or technology sectors preferred
