Requirements
Minimum 3 years of product management experience in life science reagents or consumables is essential.
Direct experience in research antibodies, spatial biology, imaging, IF, or proteomics workflows.
Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into differentiated product solutions.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
Strong analytical capability, including use of data visualization and business intelligence tools.
Experience working with global teams and customers.
Responsibilities
The Product Manager –Tissue Biology Antibodies is responsible for defining and executing the antibody portfolio strategy supporting multiplex immunofluorescence (mIF) and spatial biology workflows.
This role owns how antibodies enable high-plex tissue imaging experiments, including panel compatibility, conjugation formats, and platform integration readiness
As the product champion for Spatial biology applications, this individual translates customer needs, scientific trends, and platforms requirements into portfolio strategy, innovation priorities, and lifecycle decisions that drive adoption and differentiation of the standalone antibody portfolio.
This role partners closely with R&D, Spatial Biology platform teams, Applications, and Digital Product Management to ensure antibodies are spatial-ready, panel-compatible, and positioned to win at the customer decision point.
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Product Management and is based on-site in Minneapolis, MN.
