Requirements
Proven experience in technical writing or communications within a corporate IT/technology environment
Strong writing and editing skills — able to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Experience collaborating with instructional design or eLearning teams on content creation
Familiarity with change management and stakeholder engagement practices
Proficiency with digital communication tools — intranet platforms, email campaign tools, and community platforms (e.g., Microsoft Viva Engage)
Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced enterprise environment
Responsibilities
This role will support an IT Customer Success and Enablement group where driving internal customer success and technology enablement will minimize disruption, enhance productivity, and improve the employee experience. The IT Communications Specialist will partner with Instructional Designers/eLearning Developers to create content and communications that support the global IT learning enterprise.
