Production Manager

To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:

Have 3 to 7 years of management or supervisory experience in manufacturing

Have an bachelor degree or equivalent from a 4-year college preferably in Engineering or Management

Have manufacturing, warehouse and supervisory/managerial experience

Demonstrate mechanical skills and knowledge of Production processes

Have excellent math skills, as well as oral, written, reading and comprehension skills in order to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals

We are seeking a Production Manager to work at one of our facilities. INX's location makes the ink on 100% of all beer and beverage cans manufactured in the United States. As  Production Manager you will be responsible for:

Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations

Increasing production, assets capacity & flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs & maintaining current quality standards

Being responsible for production output, product quality, and on-time shipping

Allocating resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results

Implementing strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
