Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, specifically focusing on healthcare marketing technology, campaign strategy, and implementation.
Proven, hands-on experience using generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, LLMs) to quickly prototype and develop product requirements, user stories, and test scenarios.
Deep proficiency in modern marketing technology ecosystems, including marketing automation (e.g., Oracle Eloqua), CRM, and data platforms/CDPs.
Knowledge of Epic Cheers and related technologies is a differentiator
Strong understanding of the healthcare domain, privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA), and associated architecture (FHIR knowledge preferred).
Demonstrated ability to define and drive product strategy with a clear focus on measurable business outcomes and growth.
Compensation & Benefits
$110,000 - $145,000

This position is also eligible for a discretionary company bonus, based upon business results.

Responsibilities
Lead the product lifecycle for AI-based marketing solutions and workflow modules within the WebMD Ignite.
Define and execute the product strategy for healthcare marketing campaigns, focusing on AI-driven omnichannel activation and closed-loop measurement.
Partner with engineering and design to rapidly prototype and test new solutions, specifically utilizing generative AI tools (like Claude) to accelerate solution design and product requirements development.
Ensure seamless integration of the WebMD Ignite Growth Platform (IGP) as a system of intelligence and orchestration with key healthcare systems and martech stacks (e.g., Eloqua, Meta, Google, Epic, Salesforce, Adobe, etc).
Monitor market trends, competitive shifts (including the impact of LLMs/AIOs), and competitor strategies (like Unlock Health and Innovaccer) to inform and differentiate the product roadmap.
Anchor product development and messaging to measurable business outcomes, moving beyond features to focus on appointments, encounters, and revenue.
