Requirements
About 5-8 years in product management, including senior ownership of technical products.
A record of shipping AI/ML or LLM features (conversational AI, agents, RAG, or similar).
An understanding of how LLM systems fit together and the tradeoffs among quality, latency, and cost.
An analytical approach and comfort using data to guide decisions.
Experience with agentic systems, LLMOps, or responsible-AI practices.
Background in personalization, segmentation, or CDPs.
Compensation & Benefits
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $125,800 -- $239,725 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $165,600 - $239,725

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.

We've started a new initiative to bring AI and large language models to the site.
It serves two groups: the visitors who use adobe.com, and the internal Adobe teams who build and manage it.
We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead this work.
You'll define and ship AI/LLM features for visitors and tools for Adobe.com's teams, working with engineering, applied science, development, and business partners.
Set the vision and roadmap for the AI/LLM work, for both visitors and internal users.
