Requirements
Minimum of 5+ years safety experience; previous experience in construction / maintenance, Oil & Gas (Upstream / Midstream), Fossil Fired Power Plants, Pipeline Construction and or Green / Brown Field Projects.
Certifications and training as a safety professional a plus; OSHA Out-Reach Trainer preferred. OSHA 510 or 511 certificate holder
Must be proficient with OSHA 29 CFR 1910 and 1926.
Position offers competitive hourly rate along with overtime.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent presentation and Interpersonal skills (Written and oral).
Responsibilities
The Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Field Lead Representative is responsible for overseeing daily work activities of a construction project.
The HSE Field Lead Representative promotes enhanced safety compliance and performance.
The Field Lead Representative is also responsible for performing daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual inspections on various tools, equipment, and other facility items, in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Ensure implementation of all company policies and procedures, as well as other work processes.
Monitor compliance of Company, client and governmental safety rules and regulations.
Conduct frequent inspections, focusing on unsafe conditions and at-risk behavior. Ensure that corrective actions are documented and delegated to the correct person or team for immediate resolution.
