Graduate Community Coordinator: Addis Ababa

Professional Experience:

3–5 years of experience in community management, graduate relations, partnerships, career services, operations, or youth

development.

Ownership and Accountability:

Ability to take responsibility for initiatives, follow through consistently, and deliver high-quality outputs with attention to detail.

Community Engagement and Activation:

As the Graduate Community Coordinator, you will play a critical role in enabling our graduate community to drive career success, sustained engagement, and meaningful outcomes. You will design and execute high-impact initiatives that support the transition from learner to graduate, while strengthening participation, connection, and sustained engagement.

This role sits at the intersection of community building, relationship management, partnerships, event execution, and data analytics. While primarily focused on execution, you will also contribute insights and on-the-ground learnings to inform broader community strategy.

You will work cross-functionally to ensure graduates remain connected, supported, and positioned for career success. In parallel, you will help activate graduates as contributors to ALX’s growth through referrals, storytelling, and community-led initiatives that strengthen brand and recruitment.
