Requirements
Proven experience operating as a People Partner / HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (ideally fintech, tech, or financial services).
Strong track record of partnering and influencing senior stakeholders.
Experience influencing L&D initiatives and shaping capability-building programmes, ideally in a scaling organisation
Highly commercial mindset, with the ability to translate business strategy into people and capability outcomes.
Data-driven and insight-led in decision making.
Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across the UK and Europe, aligning people strategy to commercial priorities and enabling teams to deliver against ambitious growth targets.
Scaling organisational design in a fintech environment:
Lead organisational design, workforce planning, and structural evolution to support rapid growth, changing priorities, and market expansion across UK and Europe.
Driving regional Learning & Development initiatives through influence:
Partner with central L&D to shape programmes that meet regional needs, ensuring development is practical, relevant, and aligned with business priorities.
Identify capability gaps, advise leaders on solutions, and champion a culture of continuous learning across your client groups.
