Technical Foundation:

Expert-level technical background, with deep AI knowledge and extensive experience in the development of foundational models and their integration into global products.

You excel at building trust, navigating complex organizational dynamics, and synthesizing highly complex technical strategies to act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership.

Leadership & Ownership

Strategic Leadership: Architect, scope, and lead complex technical programs for model development at an organizational level, defining best practices for delivering frontier research to production.

Act as a trusted advisor to senior executive leadership.

Risk & Strategy Management: Proactively identify and resolve systemic risks, dependencies, and changing circumstances across multiple product surfaces, implementing scalable, long-term solutions.

Technical Problem Solving: Apply deep technical intuition to identify and execute pragmatic solutions, directly unblocking novel modeling techniques and resolving high-level technical architecture disputes.
