Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven success in inside sales, with experience leading and/or managing a team
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (transactional sales experience preferred)
Strong understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems, and KPI management
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing inside sales team through ongoing training, call coaching, and performance management
Drive daily sales activity and accountability to consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue goals
Provide strong, motivating leadership that helps reps maximize every conversation and improve conversion rates
Conduct regular one-on-ones, team meetings, and call reviews to support individual development plans
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives
Track, analyze, and report on team performance and KPIs to senior leadership
