Process Technician - Injection Molding

High school diploma or GED required; technical certificate or associate degree preferred

3+ years of experience in an injection molding manufacturing environment

Hands-on experience with machine setup and troubleshooting

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with thermoplastic materials

Comfortable with computer systems (MES, SAP, Microsoft Office)

100% on-site position

Work Environment:

Clean room manufacturing

Schedule:

12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule (fixed days / nights)

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, start up, and operate injection molding machines to produce precision parts

Change molds, complete setups, and perform basic mold repairs
