Requirements
6+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance, or a related finance role within a global publicly traded organisation.
Experience within life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or another complex commercial environment is highly desirable.
Experience communicating financial insights and recommendations to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
Familiarity with Tier 1 ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems, and financial planning and reporting tools.

You'll become a trusted finance partner supporting the US Commercial organization from Moderna's international hub in Warsaw, helping shape investment decisions in a fast-growing, data-driven environment.
You'll combine strategic financial planning with operational excellence, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver meaningful insights, strengthen planning processes, and improve financial performance.
This is an opportunity to influence global decision-making while helping advance innovative mRNA medicines, with increasing exposure to digital finance capabilities and Generative AI-enabled tools that enhance planning, reporting, and business insight.
