High School Diploma or equivalent, college preferred

10-15 years of selling experience in commercial roofing industry

Ability to understand both technical and financial aspects of subspecialty construction operations

Problem solving ability with the ability to manage difficult customers

Strong leadership traits and mentoring abilities

Responsible for catching deviations from the specifications and plans as it relates to scope, contract and schedule

Obtain all necessary information, such as field inspections, measurements, photographs, and sketches required to\u00A0provide accurate customer pricing

Submit proposals to customers with help from Proposal Coordinator, as needed

Communicate with owners, architects, engineers, general contractors and property managers

Maintain current technical and field knowledge of multiple roofing systems and repair options, with a primary focus on solutions for existing buildings

Create cost budgets for various roof solutions and proposals to effectively present to customer
