The organizational discipline to manage multiple cohorts and meet your deliverables without a lot of hand-holding

You'll deliver 20 hours of live instruction per cohort, working through a provided curriculum designed to get students job-ready in IT.

That means building rapport quickly, adjusting to where your students actually are, and creating a classroom environment where people feel confident enough to be honest about what they don't know.

Outside of live sessions, you'll spend up to 5 hours reviewing student deliverables: resumes, LinkedIn profiles, the things that get people in or out of the door.

You'll track student progress in CareerConnect, document completion of module deliverables, and flag where students are at risk of falling behind.
