Quality Engineer

Ability to work on-site on the active manufacturing floor, move throughout the facility (including bending, reaching, and kneeling), and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

As a Quality Engineer at LVT, you will play a key role in ensuring the performance, yield, and reliability of our production operations.

Operating with moderate autonomy on the manufacturing floor, you will solve intermediate technical challenges across electro-mechanical assemblies, lead root-cause analysis, and help optimize automated test systems.

Working closely with Manufacturing and Hardware Engineering, your analytical insights and hands-on execution will directly drive continuous improvement and overall process quality across our production lines.

Investigate & Resolve Quality Issues:

Perform root-cause analysis on recurring electromechanical component and assembly failures using standard methodology (e.g., 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone) to resolve Corrective Action Reports (CARs) and production deviations.
