Responsibilities
The Vehicle Reconditioning Arbitrator plays a critical role in maintaining fleet quality standards and ensuring consistent, fair decision-making related to vehicle damage assessments and reconditioning costs. In this field-based role, you will serve as the subject matter expert in resolving disputes between branches, customers, and third-party vendors while ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You support the resolution of disputes related to vehicle damage assessments and reconditioning costs across multiple markets
You manage arbitration cases by applying company policies and industry standards to ensure fair and consistent outcomes
You liaise with rental branches, reconditioning facilities, and third-party vendors to resolve escalated and complex cases
You maintain quality standards through scheduled and unannounced site visits, auditing reconditioning work and documentation practices
