Requirements
A proven track record as an agency recruiter or in-house/TA Experience
Proven experience of delivering Sales recruitment, ideally internationally
Experience of recruiting in EMEA
While our initial requirement is to support our commercial team's growth, there may be other opportunities to support wider recruitment needs cross-functionally
Experience in recruitment within Financial Services is beneficial
Fluent English, both verbal and written is essential to work in an international environment
Responsibilities
You will be part of a recruitment team working cross-functionally and internationally to source candidates for a diverse range of vacancies with a strong focus on commercial/sales roles
Source and recruit candidates through LinkedIn and other social networks
Screen candidates’ CVs and job applications
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience and behaviours
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection methods
Guide candidates through the hiring process ensuring a positive candidate experience, irrespective of outcome
