Requirements
Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPhT) in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) required
Completion of a recognized Pharmacy Technician diploma program required
Successful completion of the Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada (PEBC) Qualifying Examination required
Minimum three (3) years hospital pharmacy experience required
Experience with Automated Dispensing Units (ADUs), narcotic reconciliation, discrepancy management, and controlled substance inventory monitoring preferred
Knowledge of controlled substance regulations, hospital policies, and OCP standards an asset
