Responsibilities
Our team has clear, measurable targets related to assortment quality and growth. Your day-to-day work will include a wide range of strategic and operational activities to achieve those targets. In practice, you will:
Own selection related targets
and ensure consistent progress with tangible impact on customer experience and basket size
Lead cross-team projects
that drive step-change improvements in retail assortment (quantity + quality) across grocery and non-grocery verticals
Collaborate closely with global and local teams

We are looking for a Manager, Retail Assortment Strategy to join the Global New Verticals Commercial team, which owns the development and execution of the commercial strategy for Wolt’s New Vertical businesses across all markets. New Verticals is one of Wolt’s key growth engines, spanning grocery and non-grocery retail, and our team is responsible for driving step-change improvements across assortment, promotions, pricing, and content globally.
In this role, you will take full ownership of Retail Assortment Strategy, leading the development and execution of ambitious selection projects that directly impact both top-line growth and bottom-line performance. You will drive cross-team initiatives that improve how we build, manage, and scale assortments across 30+ markets, while ensuring strong local execution and a best-in-class customer experience.
