Practice Manager - Dual Site Experience Required - Brunswick & Auburn, ME

1-3 years of demonstrated success in leading, mentoring, and growing teams.

Knowledge of healthcare or adjacent industry:

Familiarity with medical billing systems, basic medical coding, and basic medical terminology.

As a dual Practice Manager at both our Brunswick and Auburn, Maine urgent care clinics, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operational efficiency of the clinics while contributing to their long-term strategic goals.

Operational Management:

Oversee and optimize daily clinic operations to ensure efficient and effective patient care.

Efficiently manage and lead the scheduling operations for the clinic, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and staff to meet patient needs.

Collaborate with healthcare providers and support staff to maintain a high standard of patient service.

Enforce clinic policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
