Our retail sales associates can earn UP TO 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $3.79 per hour ON TOP OF YOUR HOURLY RATE.

Reports to: Store Manager

An entry-level sales position in our pawn store locations nationwide. The Pawnbroker/Sales Associate partners with the entire staff of the store to ensure customer service on both the lending and retail sides of the business. Greets, engages, and\u00A0interacts with customers in a positive and professional manner to process sales and loan activity and transactions. Thrives on engaging with customers, including assisting with inquiries and problem resolution. Associates handle inventory placement and will work with all levels of jewelry and general merchandise, as well as all financial solutions offered to customer base.\u00A0

Works under direction of Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager and other management personnel to:

1. Greet and interact with all customers to develop a rapport to better help provide and recommend appropriate financial solutions\u00A0

2. Perform non-management open/close procedures

3. Keep sales floor clean, stocked and maintains display of merchandise
