As Vice President, Field Services, you will be a visionary and strategic leader responsible for orchestrating the success of our North American Field Services organization.

You will oversee regional field operations, the Remote Technical Support Team (Command Center) department, Fleet Management, driving operational excellence, innovation, and scalability across a complex network of internal teams and third-party partners.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of field services, balancing long-term strategy with hands-on execution.

Your leadership will be essential in transforming operations through data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement, and a relentless focus on customer experience and cost control.

Lead and evolve the Field Services organization, including internal teams and third-party vendors, to deliver consistent, high-quality service across the U.S.

Oversee Command Center operations to ensure real-time monitoring, incident response, problem management, and service continuity.
