Analytics Consulting Manager, Marmot Enabled Analytics

Bachelor's or Master's (preferred) degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics) or equivalent practical experience.

4-5 years of experience in healthcare analytics or related field, with a proven track record of delivering analytics solutions to clients.

Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.

This role exists on the Marmot Enabled Analytics (MEA) team to ensure the delivery of high-quality analytics products and services to our clients. The Analytics Consulting Manager plays a crucial role in driving client satisfaction, business growth, and innovation within the company seeking to demonstrate the value of Marmot (Komodo’s AI-enabled analytic platform).

Manage the end-to-end delivery of analytics projects (~20-30 per year), from scoping and planning to execution and delivery.

In addition, manage the end-to-end delivery of year-long, on-going, Custom deliverables (3-5 per year).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, Engineering, and Product Management, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
