Responsibilities
We’re looking for an Associate Manager to lead DashMart logistics and efficiency - helping improve the Dasher and store associate experience through smoother handoff, finding opportunities to improve both efficiency and speed on orders, and partnering closely with in-store teams to ensure downstream systems align with and support the decisions made within the store.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Finance, and the wider central and local Operations teams to identify opportunities, define requirements, lead launches and product rollouts, and run experiments.
You’ll translate complex product and operational needs into actionable execution plans.
You love working with data to drive business decision-making and are familiar with SQL.
: You'll spearhead cross-functional projects, collaborating with Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers to develop and implement tech solutions that increase selection across our New Vertical offerings.
: You will own and deliver on improving key selection metrics.
Team
New Verticals is an exciting team at DoorDash that is building and scaling new ways to delight our customers beyond restaurant delivery.
Our Catalog, Fulfillment and Logistics team has three major mandates to effectively onboard merchants, fulfill every order with speed & accuracy and improve our logistics network. We are able to do this by identifying efficiencies, building product toolings and launching operational processes at scale. You will own metrics, pull operational & product levers and drive impactful results across our Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol and Retail businesses.
