Previous experience leading frontline teams

Experience in automotive, fleet, or lot operations

Experience managing multi-site teams

Background in process improvement or high-growth environments

Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually.

We are looking for a hands-on Shuttle Supervisor to lead and scale our wholesale shuttle operations across multiple locations.

This role is critical to ensuring vehicles move efficiently between IRCs, production queues, and wholesale capture points.

Success in this role means building a reliable, scalable shuttle operation where vehicles are moved safely, efficiently, and on time—supported by strong processes, clear accountability, and a high-performing team.

Lead, coach, and manage a team of 20+ shuttlers across multiple locations

Own daily shuttle operations, ensuring vehicles are moved on time and aligned with wholesale priorities

Act as the on-floor decision maker, resolving operational issues in real time to maintain flow
