Director of Workspace Operations

We’re looking for operators with real multi-site experience.

Ideal candidates may come from logistics, fulfillment, warehouse operations, multi-unit retail, coworking, or similarly distributed operational businesses.

7–12+ years leading multi-site operations

Proven success driving P&L outcomes across a network of locations

Strong background in operational systems, standards design, and process enforcement

Comfort operating within logistics or warehouse-enabled environments

The Director of Workspace is the operational backbone of the Saltbox network.

This role directly leads our Market Leaders and owns the executional engine that powers every location — translating strategy into predictable, consistent performance across markets.

You’re responsible for the operational and financial performance of each location: holding standards, driving P&L outcomes, developing strong Market Leaders, and ensuring that every Member — in every market — has the same high-quality Saltbox experience.

Because you are closest to the day-to-day realities of the workspace business, you are also responsible for elevating insights from the field — helping senior leadership understand what our members and markets need so we can continue evolving and improving the Saltbox experience.
