Requirements
At least six (6) months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club.
Knowledge of HACCP & local food safety standards; possesses or can obtain State Food Safety Certificate.

Responsibilities
This role will be located at one of Discovery Land Company’s locations: Troubadour Golf & Field Club, set outside of Nashville, TN.
Troubadour Golf & Field Club is seeking a Host / Greeter to join the Food & Beverage Department.
The Host / Greeter is responsible for the first impression when members and guests walk into our dining facilities, and has the distinct ability to have a direct impact on the experience of our members and guests.
The Host / Greeter will assist members with their reservations, taking them to their assigned tables, and assisting the Food and Beverage staff as needed.
Welcome members and guests at the door with a smile and warm greeting, using guest name whenever possible.
Ensure all members and guests with reservations have their required table before arrival.
